• Information needed for events and membership (year of birth, experience, parent details for under-18s)

• Event registration, membership applications, replying to organisations and schools

• Announcements and newsletter, if you consent

Legal basis

Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) Art. 5/2 (c) contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest; your explicit consent for newsletter, communications and photos.

Sharing and retention

We never sell or share data with third parties. Data needed for federation licences is shared only with the relevant bodies. Applications are kept for up to 2 years; membership records for the duration of membership and as required by law.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, advertising or third-party trackers. The server may keep standard access logs for security.

Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Write to [email protected]. Photo removal requests are handled within 7 days.
